Terms of Service
By playing buyworld.app you agree to these terms.
It's a game
All coins, buildings and land in buyworld.app are play money and virtual items. They have no real-world value and can't be cashed out, sold for real money or transferred outside the game. Owning a building in the game gives you no rights to the real building or land.
Purchases
You can buy coin packs, and buy some buildings outright with "Buy it now", in the in-game store. Purchases are optional; the game is free to play without them.

- Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. You see the final price before you pay.
- Payment is handled by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for your purchase: it takes the payment, charges the VAT and sends your receipt. We never see or store your card details.
- Delivery is immediate: coins or the building are added to your account as soon as the payment goes through, usually within seconds. If a building you paid for was bought by someone else in the meantime, you receive its value in coins instead.
- Right of withdrawal: what you buy is digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it's delivered.
- Problems: if a purchase doesn't arrive, or arrives wrong, email us with the date and amount and we'll fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
- Refunds and chargebacks: if a payment is refunded or disputed, what it bought is removed from your account (the coins, or the building).
- Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
Coins and items you bought are a licence to use them in the game, not property. If the game changes, items may be rebalanced; if we close the game for good, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the game.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on it. One player per person, please.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, attack or overload the service, or use offensive coalition names. We may reset, suspend or remove accounts that do.
The service
The game is free to play and provided "as is". We may change, reset or end the game, or parts of it; for paid items, the Purchases section above applies. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.
